Yes it is true it starts this week if you are following the training plan they have on the site :) So here is what this week has in store.... Enjoy
Monday: Beginner run for 15 minutes and Intermediate is 3 miles
Tuesday: Beginner rest or easy cross train and Intermediate is 4 miles
Wednesday: Beginner run for 15 minutes and Intermediate is 3 miles
Thursday: Beginner rest or easy cross train and Intermediate is 4 miles
Friday: Beginner run for 15 minutes and Intermediate is 3 miles
Saturday: Beginner rest or easy cross train and Intermediate is 5 miles

Wish I was running with you guys! Looks like fun! I have to get back to running when I'm home from vacation- I took a few weeks off :(
ok, so i am not totally on track, but i did run three times (3.5 miles/time) while on vacation... i'll get back on the horse this week! my sis-in-law is doing wasatch back this coming weekend. she's sure to give us good notes on what to expect. i'm getting excited!
